Saudi Entertainment Ventures (seven) has unveiled its new $350 million entertainment destination in the Jazan area.
Seven, part of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), awarded the development contract to Alfanar Projects. The venue will be designed by Genslera global architecture and planning firm.

Hot Wheels thrill rides and e-karting
Located near North Corniche Park along the Jazan waterfront, the attraction will offer 73,000 square meters of entertainment and leisure facilities.

Highlights of the new Jazan destination include an indoor golf course, a state-of-the-art cinema complex with multiple theaters, a Hot Wheels-a themed electric go-kart rack and entertainment district housing world-class thrill rides.
Additionally, it will house an indoor edutainment center from Discovery Adventures, as well as cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.
