Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the Russian delegation would go to Istanbul and be ready for interviews with Ukraine on Monday morning.
“For the moment, everyone is focusing on direct negotiations in Russia-Ukraine. A list of conditions for a temporary truce is being developed,” Peskov told journalists. He said that the details of the memorandum will not be published.

Reuters reported earlier this week than Putin’s conditions to end the war in Ukraine included a request that Western leaders initiate in writing to stop NATO to the east.

US President Donald Trump’s envoy Kellogg said on Friday that Russia’s concerns about NATO widening was just Friday and the United States did not want to see Ukraine in the United States military alliance.
Commenting on Kellogg’s declaration, Peskov said Putin had constantly transmitted Russia’s position on the adadmissibility of expansion to the east of NATO.
“We are happy that these explanations from the president are understood, including in Washington. And, of course, that attracting us in terms of mediation role that Washington continues to play,” said Peskov.
Russia launched its large -scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 after eight years of fighting in eastern Ukraine between the separatists supported by Russia and the Ukrainian troops.
