Robert de Niro Expresses “love and support” to his daughter Arayn de Niro after having recently been transgender.

Alyn also discussed the people she admired when they decided to make her transition public, in particular Orange is the new black star Laverne Cox.
“Trans women are honest and open, especially (in) public spaces such as social media and see them in their success,” said Airyn. “I say to myself:” What do you know? Maybe it’s not too late for me. “”
After reading Airyn’s interview, Cox went to Instagram to share a video dedicated to her.
“I just want to take a moment and give a special cry to Niro Alyn. Hi Airyn, I just read that I am one of the women who have inspired you over the years and that I am deeply honored that I can be an inspiration for you,” said Cox.
“I often have moments – especially in these deeply disturbing times – moments of feeling that I do not do enough, that I should do more.
