Seattle – Reserve Malik Reneau scored 22 points on the shot of 10 for 13 and Luke Goode scored 18 points and Indiana led for every 47 seconds, except 47 seconds in a 78-62 victory against Washington on Saturday.

Mackenzie Mgbako and Reserve Myles Rice each scored 10 points for the Hoosiers (18-11, 9-9 Big Ten) who pulled 49% (30 for 61).

Zoom Diallo scored 18 points and Tyler Harris, Frank Kepnang and Mekhi Mason all scored 10 for Washington (13-16, 4-14).

The Hoosiers built an advance of 21-9 in the first 10 minutes and were largely undisputed from there. The Indiana led 44-30 at halftime, but the two points of Diallo at 3 and a half points after the second half capped a thrust of 7-0 in Washington to reduce the deficit of the Huskies to 44-37. The Indiana responded with two franc throws from Mgbako, Oumar Ballo made a rider and 1 of the 2 free throws and the Indiana led by two figures the rest of the path.

The reneau lay-up with 8:10 on the left gave the Indiana its first and the only advantage of 20 points at 64-44.

The Indiana, winner of three consecutive, goes to Oregon on Tuesday.

Washington, losers of four games in a row, goes to Los Angeles to face the USC on Wednesday.
