Henderson, nev. – Addressing journalists for the first time since his negotiation Seattle Seahawks At Las Vegas raidersquarter Geno Smith highlighted his relationship with coach Pete Carroll as one of the main reasons for wanting to wear money and black.
“I think there are unfinished affairs,” said Smith on Monday. “And I think that when people think of my story, coach Carroll did a large part. He gave me an opportunity when few people would have.”
Smith played five of his six seasons with the Seahawks under Carroll. Smith served as a backup for two seasons before emerging as the team starter after Russell Wilson was exchanged at Denver Broncos in 2022.

While serving as a safeguard, Smith said that he always believed that he could be a starter. Carroll too. Smith played 37 games under Carroll and launched 8,641 yards by the pass, 55 affected and 21 interceptions while making two pro Bowl appearances.
