The officials of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have recently increased the recall of some Mixtures of pancakes with oat Quaker Earlier this week, increasing the recall category at the most serious level.
The Quaker Oats Company, a subsidiary of Pepsi Co, previously announced the limited recall of certain boxes of the Pearl Company Original Pancake & Waffle Mix pearl credits on January 14. The pearl mill was originally marked as aunt Jemima before 2021.
Thursday, the FDA updated the class I reminder category, which concerns “the situations in which there is a reasonable probability that the use or exposure to a violating product will result in serious unfavorable consequences for health or death “.
In a press release in January, the company noted that certain boxes of two pounds in the product contained “unsafe milk”.

“(The recall was announced) after being alerted by a retail partner,” the press release noted. “Those who suffer from an allergy or a serious sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or fatal allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product.”
The mixtures were distributed to retailers in 11 states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Utah and Wisconsin. Consumers could have bought the products recalled from November 18 of last year.
No other mixture of pancakes and waffles on the pearl perl has been recalled, and the recall relates strictly to the products with a UPC code of 30000 65040 and a date of the best of September 12, 2025.

“No allergic reaction linked to this issue has been reported to date,” said the company. “If consumers have an allergy or sensitivity to milk, they should not consume the product and throw it immediately.”
Quaker Oats has recalled several products in recent years. In December 2023, Quaker Oats recalled More than two dozen types of granola bars And cereals due to a risk of salmonella contamination.
