LONDON,, March 31, 2025 / Prnewswire / – Pearson (Ftse: pson.l), the world learning company, announced today that DAVE TREATPearson technology director will assume leadership of the company’s digital and technological operation alongside its current architectural and innovation responsibilities, efficient April 7. Dave will continue to go to the CEO Omar Abbosh And keep his head of technology. Marykay WellsWho managed the digital and technological team as information director, decided to leave Pearson, efficient April 4.
Dave joined Pearson nine months ago and directed the creation of the company AI activation center, while supervising research and development and business teams. It brings the role of almost 30 years of experience, with in -depth expertise in technological innovation, generative AI, space IT, web 3 and quantum IT. Before joining Pearson, Dave held several high -level positions at Deloitte, UBS Investment Bank and Accenture. It holds more than 100 patents in the technology of the large distributed book, digital identity and confidential IT. He also lends his expertise as an active member of the CNBC technological executive council, the World Council for Futures of the Economic Forum on Financial Education and as a member of the Arya Transitioning Council.
With its vast expertise, Dave will play a crucial role in the use of the Strong Technology Foundation of Pearson to develop the offers of the company’s AI, strengthen its innovation pipeline and improve collaboration between different commercial units.
