Owensboro, Ken. (WFIE) – The city of Owensboro has announced an agreement with an entertainment company to develop land.
The officials say that an agreement was concluded with TS Entertainment, LLC to use $ 1.5 million to commercially develop the property.
The property is of just over 33 acres located in the district of Frederica Street and Back Square Drive.
They say that development will benefit Owensboro citizens.
According to the authorities, payment will be given in four equal payments of $ 375,000.
