OV Entertainment has appointed a number of new members to its strategic board.
The “multi-entertainment holding company” said the appointments were part of “bold moves to fuel the growth of its subsidiaries” and “will strengthen OV Entertainment’s ability to deliver exceptional game development and entertainment solutions while by stimulating growth and innovation in its subsidiaries”, Kokku and OGS.
As part of this work, the firm has centralized its client relations department, with Carlos Estigarribia – previously head of business development at Kokku – promoted to vice president of client relations, with Mea Nilimaa taking on Estigarribia’s role at Kokku.
Estigarribia’s mission will be to “stimulate growth through tailor-made solutions aligned with the unique expertise of each subsidiary, ensuring the group’s objective of reducing risks with a collaborative business structure”.
In addition, former Kokku artistic head JF Carrier takes on the role of senior client partner, focusing on “positioning OV Entertainment’s subsidiaries as benchmarks in game development, with a particular emphasis on the expansion of growth within North American studios” and Tamir Nadav, who is currently Head of Creative at Kokku, will now also serve as Interim Head of Art, “unifying leadership from both departments to strengthen synergy and innovation “.
Marina Maranhão also joins the board of directors as general counsel.
“This centralized approach not only relieves our dedicated business development teams at Kokku and The Original Gangsters, allowing them to focus on nurturing new relationships, but also improves communication and customer focus,” said CEO Thiago From Freitas.
“This streamlined structure promotes mutual benefits for OV Companies and its partners by improving collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution. »
