Orlando, Florida. – Sports and entertainment district of downtown Orlando, Westcourtcould be one more step from reality.
On Monday, the Orlando City Council could approve what the exteriors of the building, street landscapes and other parts of the projects could look like.
The $ 500 million project was Approved last April by the municipal council.
The unlikely land located next to the Kia Center should have retail space, restaurants, hotels and high -rise apartments.

According to plans that should be presented to Orlando commissioners on Monday, Westcourt consists of two phases.
The first phase will include a full service hotel of 260 keys with 16,000 square feet of interior and conference space.
At the top of the hotel, there will be 270 residential units. Plans also say that residents who live in apartments will also have exclusive access to hotel equipment. The residential hotel / building will be located at the corner of Church Street and avenue division.
The 11-storey office building at the southeast corner of Westcourt is also included in the first phase.
The first phase of Westcourt will also include live space space which should contain up to 3,500 people for events such as galas, banquets, product launches and more.
The plans include renderings for the 100,000 square feet of retail and catering space where the plan indicates that “retail and catering occupy the front of the stage”.
The plans for Westcourt are also intended for parking with a parking lot of 1,140 space spaces along the central avenue.
According to the plans, the phase two of the project has two additional residential rounds which serve both sides of the parking lot – with a 25 tower at the east angle and a 21 -level tower in the west corner.
