OPry Entertainment Group (OEG) appointed Tim Jorgensen As vice-president of operations in his Austin team.
In the new role, Jorgensen will direct the companies of Block 21 of OEG in the city, notably ACL Live, 3ten and W Austin. In addition to directing a strategic orientation for the Block 21 complex, it will supervise daily operations at ACL Live and 3ten. Jorgensen will fall directly from Gary ScottCOO at Opry Entertainment Group.
Jorgensen previously worked at ASM Global, supervising arenas, stages, congress centers and theaters and help launch the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Missouri. He was also recently president of the crew of the working company at full service, director of strategic acquisitions and supervising his festival division. He had previously held management positions at Live Nation and House of Blues Entertainment.
