One Transform, Inc. is looking for a representative of legal technology sales to join his part -time and distant team to introduce his solutions fueled by AI to IP law firms, corporate legal teams and technology -oriented businesses. Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect customers: Build and manage a pipeline of patent lawyers, IP law firms, business teams and technological companies interested in taking advantage of AI for IP strategy.
- Perform virtual demos and sales presentations: Show how the transforming AI tool optimizes the detection, evaluation and management of the strategic portfolio of the portfolio.
- Consultative sales approach: Understand customer IP challenges, litigation risks and license opportunities, then adapt the solutions accordingly.
- Close sales and generate income: Manage the complete sale of prospecting for negotiation and closure.
- Develop relationships with customers: Foster long -term partnerships with law firms, corporate legal teams and intellectual property professionals.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams: Provide comments on customer needs and market trends to improve the positioning and awareness of products.
- Stay informed about IP and AI trends: Follow the latest developments in patent analysis, IP law and IA -based legal solutions.
Qualifications and skills:
- More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales in legal technology or IP law services.
- Familiarity with patent law, IP licenses, portfolio management or patent assessment is a stronger.
- Avented ability to sell technological solutions to law professionals.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and fence advisory skills.
- Ability to simplify the complex concepts of AI and legal technology for lawyers and corporate customers.
- Self-axed and proactive, at ease to work independently in a distant setting.
- Experience with CRM tools (for example, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to manage the sales pipeline.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
