NYC Health + hospitals have announced today that seven of its hospital leaders and doctors have been appointed among the ‘of Castle Connolly’2025 TOP LGBTQ + Doctors“A national list recognizing doctors for their excellence in clinical care and commitment to equity in health. The winners were appointed by their peers and selected by the research team led by the doctors of Castle Connolly according to criteria, in particular professional qualifications, education, leadership, hospital appointments and teachers, interpersonal skills and contributions to health care research. The distinction of the main LGBTQ + Doctors’ of Castle Connolly is part of its diversity, equity and inclusion initiative (DEI) aimed at highlighting exceptional LGBTQ + clinicians and helping patients connect with suppliers who include their cultural and lived experiences.
