The National Security Administration of the Trump Administration, Mike Waltz and other staff members, are on the National Security Council, have confirmed sources in Fox News.
Fox News confirmed that Waltz and his deputy, Alex Wong, were ousted on Thursday. Sources said that additional staff withdrawn from the office will probably be announced and that the president Donald Trump should speak publicly about the issue.

The white house press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News Digital earlier on Monday when asked reports claiming that Waltz and others have shown the door: “We are not going to respond to reports from anonymous sources.”

Trump held a meeting with members of his cabinet on Wednesday after his 100th day of service on Tuesday, with Waltz attend the meeting.
After the confirmation of the eviction of Waltz, the minority head of the Hakeem Jeffries room, DN.Y., told Fox News: “The national security advisor Waltz was released. He is the first. He will certainly not be the last.”
Wong was the main assistant national security advisor to Waltz, which was detailed in the signal cat leak while the staff member responsible for “gathering a team of tigers” in the initial message of Waltz sent to the cat in the signal group in March, the Atlantic reported.
“Team – Establish a group of principles (sic) for coordination on the Houthis, especially during the next 72 hours,” wrote Waltz in the group cat. “My assistant Alex Wong brings together a team of tigers among the deputies / chief of chief of staff following the meeting of the sit room this morning for the action items and will send it later this evening.”
Trump told the media on April 3 that other members of the national security council staff were released following the Atlantic report on the Signal Cat flight, which characterized the Trump administration as “war plans” sent by SMS concerning a foreign strike on the rebels of Houthis in Yemen.

“Always, we are going to abandon the people we do not like, or the people we do not think can do the work, or people who can have loyalty to someone else,” said Trump from Air Force on April 3 when they asked him about the layoffs of the National Security Council.
Trump confirmed at the time that the members of the National Security Council had been dismissed, but pointed out that they were not many people. He added that he had continued to trust his team from the National Security Council, noting that they had “very well done” and “had great success with the Houthis”.

And the president and Mike Waltz and all his national security team have worked very well together, if you look at what extent the United States of America is safer due to the management of this team.”
