The researchers will be back in the woods around a rural house in the county of Pictou this weekend in the search for Two missing brothers and sisters who were seen for the last time four weeks ago.
Lilly and Jack Sullivan – aged six and four – were missing from their home on Gairloch Road in Lansdowne Station, NS, May 2.
In a press release on Friday, the RCMP said that ground research efforts were scheduled for Saturday and will focus on the areas of Gairloch Road, as well as on the nearby trail pipeline, where a trunk imprint was previously located.
“We continue to ask the public to avoid the research zone to allow trained researchers to do their job,” said the RCMP.
“All future research will be determined according to the investigation course.”

The RCMP said that the investigators had collected video hours in the areas surrounding Lansdowne station and are still looking for more sequences. They also received more than 355 tips and interviewed more than 50 people.
The police maintained that there is no evidence of kidnapping.
The children’s stepfather, Daniel Martell, told Global News this week that he had passed a polygraphic test and is fully focused on the search for Lilly and Jack.
“You don’t have to trust my word, but I am the only one to make media for Jack and Lilly-trying to keep this story alive and find them,” he said.
