NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The NOLA Gold Rugby Club is set to reach a wider audience through a new broadcast partnership with Gray Media.
Under the terms of the agreement, all 16 of the Gold’s home and away games for the 2025 season will be broadcast on the Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network, expanding access to professional rugby in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama .
The broadcast schedule includes the home and season opener on Feb. 15 at 6 p.m. against Anthem Rugby Carolina at the Shrine on Airline in Jefferson Parish.
NOLA Gold, a founding member of Major League Rugby (MLR) and one of 11 teams in the league, made history in 2024 by reaching the playoffs for the first time. The team looks to build on this success in the 2025 season.

The Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network is available free live in 14 television markets, including Gray Media’s Louisiana stations in Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lake Charles, Monroe and Alexandria, as well as Delta Media in Lafayette. The network also airs on Gray Media stations in Biloxi, Jackson, Hattiesburg and Meridian, Mississippi, as well as Mobile, Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama.
Additionally, GCSEN can be accessed on COX in select markets, Fubo and Mediacom, ensuring broad coverage for rugby fans across the Gulf Coast.
