The Nigeria Financial Division Agency says that a man who tried to sing a teenager from Surrey, British Columbia, by publishing his intimate online images, was sentenced to prison terms totaling 76 years.
The RCMP said that the boy’s sudden death in 2023 came after being the victim of “financial sextrusions”.
The Nigeria’s economic and financial crime commission said in social networks publications that Audedayo has faced 18 accusations, including the possession and distribution of juvenile pornography, attempted by threats and money laundering.
He indicates that Adedayo created an Instagram account using the boy’s name to distribute the images, which, according to the RCMP, thought that the young man thought he had sent to a teenager in an online interaction ended in a few minutes.

The Nigerian agency says that Adedayo pleaded not guilty to all the leaders, but a judge sentenced him to all the accusations and sentenced him last Thursday.
However, the agency said that the 18 sentences should execute simultaneously, which suggests that the longest penalty that it will serve is seven years for each of the four counts of obtaining goods under false pretexts.
The Commission indicates that witnesses to the accusation included a sergeant with the grave crime unit of the RCMP.
