Las Vegas (KSNV) – The developers announced plans for a new retail and entertainment complex of $ 38 million in the Henderson district of Green Valley Ranch.
“The Green Valley Ranch cliff” is described as a “transformative outdoor lifestyle destination”, said Partners Capital and Cast Capital Partners in a press release.
The crews will convert two office buildings into the 2500 block of Paseo Verde Parkway east of St. Rose Parkway into a complex.

It will include 25 retail spaces and a 26,000 square feet dining room. Meeting spaces, life performance zones, public art facilities and homes are also planned for the center.
“Las Vegas is in the middle of a culinary renaissance, and the cliff was designed specifically to be an extraordinary gathering place offering a food culture of the following level and tailor -made retail uses for the local community,” said Mark Blumenthal, director of Partners Capital, in a press release.
Henderson’s planning commission will first examine the project at its meeting on Thursday, May 15, before going to the Henderson municipal council.
If city officials give their approval, developers say they plan to start construction in October and finish the project next year.
