San Antonio – The northwest side of San Antonio is experiencing commercial development linked to restaurants and entertainment.
Some places are already open to business, while others should open at the end of 2025 or at the beginning of 2026.
Development arrives at a place in Interstate 10 and Loop 1604 near Presidio Parkway.
Tablecloth brewing
Pinthouse Brewing, an award -winning establishment of craft beer and pizza in Austin, arrived in the city of Alamo at the beginning of 2026, According to an Instagram publication.
The brewery is historically known for its IPA with electric jellyfish, which has attracted customers over the years.
For all those who want something outside the box, various aperitifs, salads, sandwiches and desserts are also available.
Kona Grill
Kona Grill, known for her sushi and seafood offers, takes up the old location of the Smokehouse Bar-B-Cutie.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the date of completion of the restaurant is August 26, 2025.
Since Kona Grill was founded in 1998 in Scottsdale, Arizona, the restaurant has extended to locations across the United States
The restaurant aims to offer a relaxed culinary experience with a various menu that includes sushi and sashimis, meats and seafood, aperitifs and salads, desserts and drinks.
The restaurant atmosphere is generally dynamic and modern, which makes it suitable for relaxed meals and special occasions.
Chão Fogo
Brazilian steakhouse focuses on the traditional Brazilian method of cooking different types of meat.
The location on the northwest side opened in February 2025, according to TDLR files.
Fogo de Chão is known for his style of restoration, where several cuts of meat are cooked on an open flame and served directly for guests by chefs. Customers can taste a continuous service of sculpted meats.
Since Fogo de Chão was founded in the late 1970s, the restaurant developed internationally, with locations in the United States and other countries.
In addition to the selection of meats, Fogo de Chão also offers a gastronomic salad bar with fresh vegetables and traditional Brazilian accompanying dishes.
Over the years, the Chain restaurant has received several awards for its culinary experience and its quality of food, making it a popular choice.

Popstroke, owned by Greg Bartoli, Tiger Woods and Taylormade Golf Company, opened on October 25, 2024. According to a press release, this is the fourth Popstroke site in Texas.
You can play on two 18 -hole lessons and enjoy a variety of food, including a glacier.
With interior and outdoor seats, Popstroke customers can sip signature cocktails, relax in outdoor coffee and participate in interactive games.
Local projects, sports games on each television and special food and drinks add to the electric atmosphere.
There are also play areas and access to an outdoor playground for children.
Popstroke is open Sunday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from Thursday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight.
