“We have excellent transport available in a block and there is a lot of surface parking existing in the neighborhood,” said Quinn at the time. “(Monqui and AEG) have a shared vision of what we want to build, how we want to build it, how we want to approach the amenities of artists and customer equipment and all the experience of the artist and customers.”
