University Park, Pennsylvania – The Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC) I’m going to celebrate National Small Business Week From May 4 to 10 with a series of events designed to support and authorize entrepreneurs.
On May 8, the center will organize a virtual seminar entitled Contractual essentials for small businesses From 11 a.m. to noon. Lawyers of Penn State Dickinson Law Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic Guide participants through key considerations when selecting a legal structure and will explain how this choice can have an impact on your commercial contracts.
The SBDC will also participate in Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce’s May Business Breakfast Club On May 7, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., this event in person will highlight a variety of local resources available for small business owners.
“The National Small Business Week is an excellent opportunity to celebrate the vital role played by small businesses in our communities,” said Tim Keohane, director of the Penn State SBDC. “We are proud to support entrepreneurs at each stage of their trip and connect them with the tools, resources and knowledge they need to develop and contribute to a flourishing local economy.”
In addition, entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend the Virtual Summit of SBA National Small Business WeekA free online event features educational presentations, exhibition stands, peer-to-peer networks and commercially mentor expert score experts.
