Starkville, Miss. – The Museum and Galleries Committee of the Mississippi State invites explorers of all ages to its annual scientific evening at museums on February 15.
The free public event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hilbun Hall and at the COBB Institute of Archaeology.
Visitors can see exhibitions and participate in scientific activities and demonstrations throughout the evening with visits, exhibitions and planned experiences ranging from the high tension laboratory to plants, fauna, archeology, geology, physical, chemistry, veterinary medicine, anthropology and more.
The coalition of young people from Starkville Strong will collect non-perishable foods and toiletries to replenish local pantry. The parking lot is available behind Hilbun Hall off Barr avenue and below Herbert Hall at 170 Herbert Street.
