Chevy Chase, Maryland –PM hotel group has experienced continuous strategic growth through its global portfolio, including its lifestyle and unconventional hospitality division, Modus of PM Hotel Group. By focusing on authentic destinations, the company has expanded its presence on key markets, targeting independent travelers looking for hotel stays that connect people and the place.

New additions to the lifestyle wallet

During the last year, PM Hotel Group has widened its lifestyle portfolio with properties that reflect experiential hospitality. The division has extended to outdoor destinations with Evo Hotel Salt Lake City and Evo Hotel Tahoe City. On the banks of Honolulu, the Queen Kapiʻlani hotel offers locally inspired hospitality near Waikiki beach.

In the viticultural country in northern California, Dr. Wilkinson’s Backyard Resort & Mineral Springs in Calistoga offers a redesigned vision of well-being. In the entertainment corridor in southern California, the Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District turns into a tapestry by Hilton. With restaurants on the roof, complex style equipment and its stadium stadiums of the Sofi stadium and the Intuit Dome, the Lum hotel captures the energy of the sports and entertainment of Los Angeles.

Feeling to open in 2025, a new wave of hotel experiences will also show the capacity of PM Hotel Group to deliver the management of the lifestyle. These projects embrace the concepts of regenerative hospitality to the introduction of a concept of a membership hotel in an unexploited destination:

  • Reset Joshua Tree, opening May 2025, is a location of the desert built from personalized shipping containers, focused on design and well-being inspired by its natural environment.
  • Hotel Burg, opening the summer of 2025, offers a hotel experience for members, inviting residents and DC visitors to a modern destination in Leesburg, Virginia.
  • Nightsky San Luis Obispo, to open the end of fall-end 2025, is a glamping property with 35 design tents, anchored in experiences that promote community strengthening and nature connection.

The growth of the PM Hotel Group life portfolio is motivated by the change in customer preferences, ownership groups and the commitment to provide reception properties on a range of markets.
