If your child is a curious explorer, a handyman or a budding engineer, Spark’s Spark of Michigan Science Center! Camps are the perfect summer experience. Held at mid -SCI in Midtown Detroit, these day camps allowed students from K – 5 Go from June 23 to August 15 to dive into hand sciences, interactive exhibitions, theatrical experiences and weekly themes that feed curiosity and creativity.
The Michigan Science Center is organizing 8 weeks on the theme of the camp which takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with before and after the available care (from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for $ 25 per child, per week, per period). The camp is $ 395 with additional costs for before and after care.
2025 weekly themes
Not only can campers take advantage of the museum, they can also spend time outside. The weather permits, campers can eat in our outdoor amphitheater and spend about 45 minutes on the playground before or after lunch. Campers can also spend additional time working on class projects or doing practical lessons outside.
