WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men’s golf team released its 2025 spring schedule, presented by MedStar Health, as announced by head coach Tommy Hunter Monday. The 2025 slate includes five events, including the 2025 BIG EAST Championships April 26-28.
“Our spring schedule features five uniquely styled golf courses, which is exciting. We start things off on a classic Donald Ross design at Mid-Pines GC in Pinehurst. Then we compete on the highly regarded Golden Horseshoe in Williamsburg In Princeton, we compete at the familiar Springdale Golf Club, which is a true gem. Our fourth event, and our first appearance, takes us to the Purdue Boilermaker and the Pete Dye-designed Ackerman-Allen course. The spring campaign will begin March 10-11 at Donald Ross Collegiate, hosted by George Mason University at Mid-Pines Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The team will continue its trip to Williamsburg, Virginia, March 24-25 for the Golden Horseshoe Invitational, hosted by William & Mary at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club.
April begins with a trip to New Jersey for the Princeton Intercollegiate on April 12-13 at Springdale Golf Club, hosted by Princeton University. From there, the team will close out the regular season in West Lafayette, Indiana, April 19-20 for the Boilermaker Intercollegiate, hosted by Purdue University at the Ackerman-Allen Golf Course.
The season concludes at the BIG EAST Championships, set for April 26-28 at Callawassie Island Golf Club in Okatie, South Carolina, with a conference title and potential NCAA regional bid on the line.
