Meghan Markle postponed the premiere of her upcoming Netflix series, With love, Meghanbecause of the wildfires in Los Angeles. The lifestyle cooking show was scheduled to air on Wednesday, January 15.
“I thank my partners at Netflix for helping me delay the launch while we focus on the needs of those affected by the wildfires in my home state of California,” Markle said in a statement.
Meghan and Prince Harry were seen taking part in volunteering efforts in the wake of the deadly fires and donated money to relief efforts through their charity, the Archewell Foundation.
With love, Meghanwhich features the Duchess of Sussex cooking for various friends, including Mindy Kaling and her former Suits his co-star Abigail Spencer, is now set to release on an undisclosed date in February. According to the logline, the Netflix series mixes “how-to’s and candid conversations with friends new and old.”
Eight episodes of With love, Meghan were produced.
