Beaufort County, SC (Wtoc) – May River High School in the county of Beaufort extends professional training possibilities for students.
On Tuesday, the leaders inaugurated a new building for career and technology education.
All thanks to a referendum on the obligations approved in 2023.
Once finished, the installation on campus will offer more students a practical training in high demand fields such as car technology and welding.
“We are delighted because it will improve the learning opportunity and the teaching experience of our teachers here,” said Superintendent Frank Rodriguez, ComtĂ© de Beaufort. “So, this is really the most important part of all this – that our students will acquire experience like no other in this installation.”
The building should be ready for students in the next school year.
