FORT WORTH, Texas — The queen of hip-hop soul is embarking on a national tour and making a stop in Texas. Mary J. Blige’s 27-city The For My Fans tour will stop in Austin, Houston and Fort Worth in 2025.
The concerts are scheduled for February 17 at the Moody Center in Austin, February 18 in Houston at the Toyota Center and February 21 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth.
Singers Ne-Yo and Mario will join the singer during the North American dates. Tickets are currently on sale.
In October, Mary J. Blige was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was during this speech that Blige said: “To my fans, to my fans, to my fans. To my fans, you all endure blood, sweat and tears with me and you helped me heal as much as you said I helped you heal.
During a career of 32 years. Blige has racked up Grammy nominations, winning nine of them, as well as an Emmy Award, among others.
The New York native released her 15th studio album, “Gratitude,” in November to complement the tour.
