The city of Niagara Falls approved a request by Navy To break his property so that he can collect funds to move his animals and operate the park.

A Marineland lawyer said that the park has not yet been sold and that money is necessary for operations and to help finance the decision of its remaining marine mammals, which include 31 Beluga whales.

Eighteen Belugas, a killer and a dolphin have died in Marineland since the end of 2019.
