ST. Paul – In the 5-2 victory of Minnesota Wild against the Golden Knights of Vegas on Thursday, striker Marcus Johansson left the match with an injury.

Johansson, 34, was hardly affected by the defender of Vegas, Brayden McNabb, in the third period. He went slowly on the bench and later missed the last 13 minutes of the match.

Wild coach John Hynes had no update after the match and Friday, Hynes said that Johansson was still being evaluated and is listed as questionable for match 4 on Saturday.

The Wilds have attackers Vinnie Hinostroza and Devin Shore as healthy stripes that patulate with the team. One or the other could enter the programming of Johansson if he cannot play.

Or they have Liam Ohgren as a black ace, and he could enter the programming.
