With more than two decades of experience leading transformative technology, operations and shared services initiatives, Brogdon will enhance MADD’s operational efficiencies and technology infrastructure, advancing its mission with innovation and efficiency.

Brogdon brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer of the Progeria Research Foundation (PRF), Brogdon led key initiatives that streamlined operations, strengthened internal systems, and positioned the organization for sustainable growth. Under his leadership, PRF improved its use of technology, modernized its internal processes, and laid the foundation for data-driven decision-making.

Prior to his tenure at PRF, Brogdon served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at March of Dimes, following a successful stint as the organization’s Chief Technology Officer. There, he led a complete IT infrastructure overhaul, implemented an e-commerce framework that generated over 40 million dollars in online revenue and significantly reducing operational costs while improving service delivery. His innovative approach to technology-driven marketing and fundraising strategies has played a pivotal role in revitalizing the foundation’s brand and driving substantial revenue growth.

Brogdon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University University of Georgia and continued his MBA studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of North Carolina. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and leveraging technology to achieve meaningful impact. His expertise includes optimizing financial operations, improving talent management, and leading digital transformations that align technology with strategic objectives.
