The Luzerne County Arts and Entertainment Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for its 2025 induction class.

Inductees will be honored at the third annual Luzerne County Arts & Entertainment Hall of Fame induction ceremony, which will take place this fall.

The Luzerne County Arts and Entertainment Hall of Fame was founded in 2022. Its mission is to honor those who are natives or residents of Luzerne County, or those who have roots in Luzerne County and who have achieved success, gained notoriety or made a big impact on the world of arts and entertainment, whether in Northeastern Pennsylvania or beyond.

Candidates nominated in the “Arts” category must have excelled in the stage, cinema, television, dance, painting, sculpture or artistic design categories. Nominees for the “Arts” category can be emailed to Tony Brooks at tony@wbpreservation.org.

Applicants in the “Entertainment” category must have excelled in the field of music, radio or other media specific to arts and entertainment, not in the field of news. Nominees for the “Entertainment” category can be emailed to Jody Busch at jodybnytb@aol.com.

All nominations must include a brief biography of the nominee and why they should be considered for induction. The deadline to suggest candidates is March 1, 2025.
