
SELLINGER SCHOOL AND GESTION OF THE University of LOYOLA, Maryland, appointed P. David BRAMBLE, Co-founder and managing partner of MCB Real Estate, as business manager of the year in 2025. The prize pays tribute to business leaders who embody the Jesuit commitment of Loyola towards the community and service in the direction of their organization.

Bramble, who has worked in real estate investment for over 20 years, leads MCB Real Estate, a dynamic and keen real estate investment company that manages $ 3 billion in assets, and has, manages and operates more than 17 million square feet of commercial space at the national level, with an additional 4 million square feet currently being developed. Under the direction of Bramble, MCB conducts regional transformative developments such as Viva White Oak, Reservoir Square and Harborplace. Business lawyer and real estate by training and an expert in all aspects of the real estate cycle, Bramble devotes his time to the supply and capitalization of transactions and the supervision of the subscription and execution of the project.

Before MCB, Bramble was director of commercial loans for a full -service service lending company based on the region, Madison Funding, which he co -founded in 2000. Before spending all his time on commercial real estate investment, Bramble practiced the law in the transaction council group.
Bramble is the chairman of the board of directors of Lenistry and member of the investment committee and the board of directors of the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation. He also sits on the boards of directors of the Johns Hopkins Bayview hospital, Ronald McDonald House, the Upenn Institute for Urban Research, Baltimore Tree Trust and the Abell Foundation. In addition, he sits on the executive committee of the Board of Directors of the Grand Baltimore Committee and was a member of the CRC Silver Council of the Urban Land Institute.
A graduate of the City College high school in Baltimore, Bramble obtained an AB in Princeton University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bramble has received numerous awards and distinctions. This year only, Bramble was named one of the 100 most influential leaders of Maryland per The daily filereceived the Prix du Trailblazer Anthony Entrepreneur 2025 from the presidents’ round table, was honored by Reginald Lewis Titan Award and received the Community Impact Prize for Met Gala 2025.
