President Donald Trump has set an ambush in South African President Cyril Ramaphosa with a video that he said said that the assertions of “white genocide” in South Africa, grating the lights of the oval office and play on screens during the bilateral meeting.
“We have thousands of stories by talking. We have documentaries, we have reports,” said Trump, turning to aid. “I could show you a few things.”
“Lack the lights and put it,” said Trump.
The almost 5 -minute video took place and was later published on the White House X Account, which according to them, shows “proof of persecution in South Africa”.
Ramaphosa initially laughed and then looked visibly uncomfortable during the presentation.
At one point, Ramaphosa asked, “He said where it was?
Trump rocked his head no.
“I would like to know where it is, because that, I have never seen,” said Ramaphosa.
“It’s in South Africa,” said Trump.
Asked by a journalist what he would like Ramaphosa to do what was seen in the video, Trump said: “I don’t know.”
Trump picked up a thick pile of articles which, according to him, saved his claims of “white genocide” and crossed them.
During the meeting, Ramaphosa challenged Trump says that white South Africans suffer from “genocide” in the country. Trump and several members of his administration, including the advisor born in South Africa, Elon Musk, said that the South African government persecuted its white minority. South Africa has strongly denied the assertions.
