Live Nation New Zealand will operate the new Waikato Regional Theater in partnership with Waikato Regional Property Trust. Scheduled to open in late 2025 in the heart of Hamilton, the theater will increase the number of live music performances and other live events in New Zealand’s fastest growing city.

This world-class, state-of-the-art venue will have a total capacity of 1,300 people with standing and seated configurations. This new theater will also drive economic development by growing Waikato’s night-time economy and domestic tourism, creating employment opportunities and pathways for industry professionals, and having a positive economic impact on communities. local hotel and accommodation providers.
