Breaking Boundaries is a documentary film on Nastasya Generalova, a black gymnast from California. The film tells of her trip as the only black girl from Team USA and her relationship with her mother during the Tokyo Olympics.
Breaking Boundaries is part of the International Women’s Film Festival Cascadia. Tickets are $ 12 and the show starts at 7 p.m. The Firehouse Arts and Events Center is located at 1314 Harris Ave.
