Overland Park, Kan. – This Father’s Day, the dads and their children have increased their grilling game together in the KC culinary center.
Pitmaster Bruce Campbell is an instructor in the center, located at 7920 Santa Fe St. in Overland Park, and has won numerous barbecue prizes.
But now that he is retired, the Campbell chief overturns beans on all his secret recipes, including friction and Kansas City style sauces, which, according to him, has the perfect mixture of sweet and warmth, and unique grilled kitchens, such as grilled fruit kabobs and much more.
Unit KC Walk for Unity aims to bring people together
Beginners of the barbecue literally eat him, and his lessons are sold regularly. And according to Campbell, this success stems from three specific things.
“(Number one) you have a good recipe from mom or dad, or the culinary center. Number two: have quality ingredients-like fruit kabobs, ”he adds. “The third: follow the recipe.”
From barbecue to pizza to the Mediterranean delights, the chefs of the culinary center can teach you, your father, your mom, your friend or spouse how to cook, toast and cook like a master chief.
