The UND will host the State and State Engineering Fair of North Dakota (NDSSF) on April 1, 2025, in the Union Union in Grand Forks. Medicine and health, microbiology, biochemistry and life sciences are among the main categories generally represented in student projects.
About 150 projects will be exhibited from students from 6th to 12th year. This event is the culmination of a series of competitions at school and regional levels. The winners of the State Salon of State in the Senior Division (9th to the 12th year) will continue to participate in the International Science and Engineering Fair.
One of the commitments that the UND is due to the accommodation of the State Sciences Fair is to provide most of the judges for the event and around 100 judges are necessary to succeed. Professors, post-doctoral students, graduate students, undergraduate students for research experience and research staff are invited to judge student projects for the event.
If you want to volunteer to judge the fair, please Register here. The fair usually lasts from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., but you can choose to judge the morning or afternoon session if you cannot attend for the whole day. Additional information on the fair will be sent later to the registered judges
