This occurs after Jeremy revealed that he was immersed in a new healthy lifestyle following a fear of health last year which led to heart surgery.
The television star has now resumed Pilates because he does not support a bike or go to the gymnasium.
Writing in his chronicle of the Sunday Times newspaper, Jeremy said: “I will not dwell on the joys of being a grandparent because what can be said about it has already been said.
“But I decided that it is so wonderful that I want it to continue as long as possible. This means that I have to do everything in my power not to die.”
The 64 -year -old presenter continued: “(but) I don’t like discomfort, I hate bikes and find gymnasiums and everyone in them bizarre.
“I decided that I would give Pilates a bash. The first day, the professor made me lie on top of the table with my feet on a kind of cross and, for an hour, breathe through my nose And get out of my mouth.
“I found it very easy and I decided that I would have another lesson the next day. And whisper that, I don’t be wary.”
Jeremy revealed last year that he should have an urgent heart procedure after a “sudden deterioration” in his health which, according to the doctors, left him “perhaps” days of death.
He felt bad on vacation and apon returning to the United Kingdom, he noticed a feeling of tingling in his arm and a “waterproofing” in his chest while working on his Cotswolds farm.
The small veteran of the small screen then underwent a procedure to erase its blocked arteries and compared it to the release of a drain.
He added: “It seems that arteries nourishing my heart with nourishing blood, one was completely blocked and the second of the three was heading for this way.
“So he (the doctor) made a hole in my wrist, inserted his dynamometric equipment and went closer.
“Or could he use his dyno-ras and some ultrasonic rams to relax them before inserting a stent? … It took two hours and at one point a battery pilot, and was busy in my heart with a set gift b and q of chicker and hammer.
“It was not particularly painful. Just weird.”
