When students flock to Auburn for their studies, they can keep hundreds of kilometers from friends, family, community and customs they know under the name of the house. For black students who make up only a small fraction of the student body, this culture shock can be particularly difficult. Black Student Union and the National Pan-Hellenic Council offer a space for black students to simultaneously build community obligations, excel academically and develop professionally in Auburn.
