Bangor, Maine (Wabi) – The cross Insurance Center was transformed into Hollywood Thursday for the annual event of commercial awards of the Chamber of Commerce of the Bangor 2025 Chamber of Commerce.
Nearly 700 people attended the event to celebrate the community.
Customers were able to descend the red carpet and enjoy the performance of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra.
After a social hour, people were seated for the award ceremony and the Penobscot theater company also presented itself.
Each year, the event pays tribute to companies and individuals in Bangor.
“Small businesses of the year are Henry’s nuptial shop and formal clothes, I love them. The big things of the year are Frank’s Bake Shop, you have probably gone. I’m here several times. Our non -profit price of the year is community health and advice. The year, and it’s just a wonderful night to celebrate, “said Deb Neuman, president and chief executive officer of the Chamber of Commerce of the Bangor region
After the award ceremony, the “second act” started on the other side of the street at the Hollywood Casino hotel.
