THE Indianapolis 500 Sunday, was delayed due to the fact that bad weather moving in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway area in Speedway, Indiana.
The drivers waited in their cars, but had to wait for the green light to warm their engines, then start the race. The engines were finally launched at 1:21 p.m., 36 minutes after the scheduled start time.
