High Performance Lifestyle Training Companies (HPLT)a wellness community, announced the launch of the HPLT Women’s Summit, scheduled for January 23-26, 2025 in Miami. This is the first women-only HPLT Summit, an immersive experience focused on fitness, relaxation and personal growth.
Since 2018, HPLT hosted 16 blended experiences in cities across the United States. “After achieving huge success with our 16 co-ed experiences so far, we are thrilled to present our first all-female summit, marking the launch of a new experiential division within the group,” said Brian Mazza, founder of High Performance Lifestyle. Training. “We have received huge interest from our key customers for this event in 2025, and we think Miami in January is the perfect place to kick things off! HPLT will organize two women-only summits per year in different locations around the world.
The four-day retreat includes activities such as breathing, meditation, several HIIT workouts, team runs and Pilates. Participants will also participate in seminars focused on women’s nutrition, health and wellness. The summit will feature a team of hosts, including three-time Olympian Katie Hoff, Women’s Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser and podcast and business expert Jenn Gottlieb.
