Harvard Business School announced a new cohort of executive scholarships for the 2025 spring semester. The Executive Fellows program seeks to take advantage of the expertise of exceptional practitioners – many are old – to improve education and learning at school. Scholarship holders associate themselves with at least one member of the HBS faculty to bring their business experience to the HBS community.
Scholarship holders contribute to school by collaborating both on curricular and parascolia activities. These include, for example, to participate in course sessions in the MBA elective program, to provide career advice and a mentoring to students’ development and helping short format offers that offer students the opportunity to explore new subjects. Scholarship holders also bring their expertise to online HBS programs and the education of school executives by collaborating with teachers in the case of development and other research projects. The other affiliations vary from a few months to a year and can be extended.
“HBS launched the Executive Fellows program in 2020 to provide an avenue by which business leaders and experienced practitioners can contribute to the school mission in various significant ways,” said Professor Schlesinger, program president. “These remarkably insightful and generous executive scholarship holders share a precious perspective of their own lived experiences, and these commitments have been extremely beneficial for our teachers and our students. We are grateful for the time and expertise they bring to our community. »»
