Local companies are expressed after having declared that their commercial profiles were deleted by mistake from the basic search from Google.
SEATTLE – Owners of Washington western companies are frustrated to have been deleted from certain parts of Google search engine, according to several companies that have contacted King 5.
“We just have to keep fighting so that our voice can be heard,” said Shannon Huck. “Obviously, from our history, it can be heard. But it will be difficult.”
It was a difficult trip to Shannon Huck and his chimney service company in Kirkland, CHIMNEYS of the next level. In March, Google’s basic search for the basic search was deleted in error, but after protesting in front of the Kirkland office and sent several calls, Google delivered the company online during the weekend.
“We received an email from Google who said we were reinstated and that literally made us cry our eyes because we did not know what we were going to do in the future,” said Huck.
After the story of King 5 on the protest of Chimney Next Level was broadcast on May 30Huck said a few local businesses and up to 20 nationals contacted them saying they are dealing with the same thing.
“It seems that they decide what companies and what companies are experiencing, in my opinion,” said Ryan Williams.
Williams has Epic finishing paint on the island of Camano. Last August, he received this Google email by informing him that he deactivated the profile of his business, for no clear reason. On Monday afternoon, if you are doing a basic Google search in search of painters on the island of Camano, his business does not appear.
“Nor can I exist as an entrepreneur in painting or as a business in my region,” said Williams.
Williams filed two calls against the company giant, including the latter where he sent several proving documents, he owns the approved company and is a registered entrepreneur. But Google rejected him.
“Some of them are restored, but many of them end up like me and they can’t do anything,” said Williams. “They have resigned, I am defeated, they are defeated. There is nothing that they can do.”
A Google spokesperson sent an email to King 5, declaring that Williams’s business profile is being reintegrated.
Google also sent a statement, saying in part:
“We understand the frustration that a suspended Google corporate profile can cause and always work to minimize these occurrences. Although the majority of suspensions are legitimate and target the bad actors, we constantly refine our processes to avoid incorrect suspensions. ”
