A woman from Montreal who has just returned from vacation to Mexico says that her trip got worse as she was going home on Sunday.
According to her, she was removed from a Flair Airlines advanced just before takeoff and said it was not said why.
In addition, she said, even if she was waiting to get on another flight the next day, she was led to stay in a hotel with a complete foreigner who had also been expelled from the flight.

She alleges that if the passengers were sent home the next day, she has not yet been compensated or even contacted by Flair Airlines to explain what happened.

“Our files clearly contradict the passenger’s account, although we cannot publicly disclose details out of respect for privacy,” he wrote.
