The city of Madison has announced its intention to start land in a district of arts and entertainment “transformatives aimed at raising the quality of life of residents of the region.
Located off Galleria Parkway near Interstate 55, “The Gallery” will be a private destination for mixed use that mixes entertainment, catering, retail and offices in a community space. Development will be highlighted by Spinners, a family entertainment center of 120,000 square feet with bowling, skating, games and more. Filators also have another location in Florence.

“The aldermen and I are delighted to announce the new place for Madison children. The spinners will open its second installation, this one in Madison, highlighting skating, bowling, games and much more,” said Madison mayor, Mary Hawkins Butler. “As always, Madison does it the first time correctly, and we are delighted that this place arrives in our city. Very soon, we will see very happy children. ”
“We are delighted to open a second spinners’ family entertainment center in Madison, Ms. As a Mississippi -based business, Spinners has always targeted families and friends to make lasting memories,” said the owners of Jennifer and Terrence Lott.

Our new ultramodern installation will offer more than 120,000 square feet of inner and outdoor pleasure, and we are honored to share this vision with the mayor, the board of directors and the development of Bellamare. ”
As part of the development of the gallery, Royal Street will offer an architecture accessible on foot of French inspiration, bordered by local restaurants, retail and offices upstairs.

The development is designed and designed by partners based in Mississippi, notably WBA Architecture and MP Design Group, strengthening Bellamare’s commitment to invest locally. The inauguration is expected in the fall of 2025, the construction starting shortly after. The project is financed by private, without the dollars of taxpayers being used.
