An audience for determining the sentence is planned today for a teenager who pleaded guilty of mansions guilty in a deadly group attack against a man of the Sans-Abri Toronto.
The girl pleaded surprised in February when she and another teenager were tried for second degree murder in the death of Kenneth Lee.
The trial continued for its co-accused, who, the prosecutors, fatally alleged Lee during the attack, and a verdict was expected in his case at the end of May.
The defense lawyers for this girl maintain that she did not give the blow that caused the death of Lee, arguing that it is impossible to say it on the basis of the evidence that stabbed Lee or when.
The adolescent whose condemnation hearing is planned today was 16 years at the time of the incident, which took place in a parkete in downtown Toronto in December 2022.
The swarm was captured on a security video, and the images served as central evidence at the trial.

In this document, the girl can be seen launching a traffic cone on Lee, then hitting him with one while he tries to defend himself against the group.
