In Wynwood, a new development known as Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is now launching sales.
The Cloud One Hotels is a brand of lifestyle based in Germany.
Development should include 85 condos units from $ 500,000.
The unit sizes range from three -bedroom studios, including duplex penthouse units with 22 -foot ceilings.
There will also be 214 hotel rooms, 11,350 square feet of commercial space and 87 on -site parking spaces in the complex, according to plans previously filed with the UDRB last year.
The equipment will include a roof swimming pool and a bridge with a food and drinking service, a
Restaurant and interior-exterior bar, a steam and a sauna.
HWKN architecture is the design architect, with ODP the record architect. The interior design is in March and in white design.

The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is developed by a joint venture including the German hotel company Motel One Group, a company based in Munich operating 100 hotels in 13 countries; Ralf Büschl, founder and president of the group of Büschl companies; and Sebastian Lüdke, founder of Alp.x Group.
The demolition on the site is already over. The inauguration is scheduled for later this year, with completion in 2027.
