The Academy of American Records recently held its 67th annual Grammy prize and African musicians among those who were recognized during the ceremony. Among them was Angelique Kidjo, a renowned French musician from Beninaise who occurred at the event and TEMS, a Nigerian Afrobeats star who won the Grammy in the “Best African Musical Performance” category. To have an overview of the Grammys and how the recording academy contributes to the growth of the African music industry, Mike Hove de Voa welcomed Wayna, a musician named by the grammys of the grammymes of the Ethiopian of the whole of Africa 54.
